The RCF is working with the RSGB’s National Radio Centre, Bletchley Park and the Smallpeice Trust in monitoring the coronavirus situation. A decision will be made in mid-April on whether the May Connect Day will go ahead as planned, or if it needs to be postponed until later in the year.
On Saturday, 23 May 2020 the RCF are sponsoring their sixth event for Arkwright Scholars.
Sixteen A-level students who have won engineering scholarships will be going through the Foundation Practical Assessments and sitting the exam all in a single day.
The event is taking place at Bletchley Park with the support of the National Radio Centre team, members of the RSGB Youth team and a couple of the RCF trustees.
Previous attendees have gone on to pass Intermediate and Advanced exams in record time.
